Currently, most small packages will ship out via USPS Priority Mail and larger packages will ship UPS Ground or Fedex Ground unless marked as truck ship or we notify you differently.  The shipping rate schedule is subject to change if the rates we incur from our carriers increase, but we try to keep our customers' shipping costs as reasonable as possible.

We are currently offering FREE SHIPPING on orders over $50.00 including furniture.

TRUCK SHIP ITEMS

Most furniture items and some over-sized items are marked as truck ship and will be shipped via freight carrier directly to you from the manufacturer and will be delivered curbside to keep shipping costs as low as possible. In stock items can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks to ship out from the manufacturer and be turned over to the freight carrier.

The freight carrier will then have their own processing and delivery times and will contact you via phone, email, or text to schedule your curbside delivery once the item reaches your local area so please make sure and give us a good phone number where you can be reached when placing your order.  Most carriers will schedule freight deliveries sometime Monday through Friday from 9-5.

Items that ship freight will require that someone be available to sign for the delivery who can inspect the freight for damage before signing.  It is your responsibility to inspect all packages and their contents to make sure everything is in good condition before signing for and accepting the delivery.  Items difficult to move from the truck to your driveway may require your assistance. Please be sure that any furniture and oversized items you order will fit through any doors, elevators, or stairways at your location. Delivery fees are non-refundable should items not fit.

For cancellations, any freight orders that have already started processing by the manufacturer after you place the order will incur a 20% cancellation fee.

For returns due to damage, the customer will be responsible for the return freight cost plus a 20% restock fee.  We do not honor returns, exchanges or credits for any other reason.
